Return Procedure

  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your new product.
